2. Subject of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.hoteldah.com, as well as the conditions applicable to reservations made through the website.

3. Reservation Conditions

3.1. Payment Time

The amount to be paid is displayed at the time of booking, depending on the rates and conditions selected.

Non-Refundable Rates: the total amount is debited immediately upon confirmation of the reservation.

Flexible Rates: the credit card may be pre-authorized. Final payment is made at Check-In or Check-Out, according to the conditions of the chosen rate.

3.2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions are displayed during the booking process and vary according to the selected rate:

Flexible Rate: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date; after this period, the value of the first night or the total amount may be charged, according to the applicable policy.

Non-Refundable Rate: does not allow cancellations or changes; in case of cancellation, change or no-show, the total amount paid is not refunded.

4. Values and Fees

The values presented include VAT at the legal rate in force.

The Lisbon City Council applies a Municipal Tourist Tax, the value of which is informed during the booking process and charged according to the current rules.

5. Consumer Rights

Consumers have the right to file a complaint under Portuguese law, namely through the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs.

In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities provided for in Law No. 144/2015, including the Courts of Peace, when territorially competent, and the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centers.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data processed in connection with the use of the website and reservations is used exclusively for:

Management and confirmation of reservations
Billing
Communication with the guest
Compliance with legal obligations, including communication to the SEF (Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service)

Personal data is not shared with third parties, except when necessary for:

Payment processing entities
PMS (Property Management System)
Booking engine
